1. Wholesale & Customization

Jamoti's Private Limited is a wholesaler and manufacturer, not a reseller. We also provide customization services based on customer requirements. Customization charges and timelines depend on the specific customization requested.

2. Order Confirmation & Advance Payment

For international orders, the customer is required to pay 40% of the total order value as an advance payment at the time of placing the order.

Production or order processing will begin only after receipt of the required 40% advance payment.

The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed payment terms before dispatch.

3. Order Processing & Customization

The production and processing timeline depends on the order quantity, product requirements, and customization requested by the customer.

The delivery date will also depend on the specific order, customization, production timeline, and shipping process.

4. International Shipping Charges

International shipping charges are not fixed. They depend on the shipment, order quantity, package size, weight, destination, and shipping service.

The applicable shipping charges will be communicated to the customer based on the specific shipment.

5. Customs Duties & Taxes

Any customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance charges, or other charges imposed by the destination country will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Jamoti's Private Limited will not be responsible for or pay any customs duties, import taxes, or destination-country charges.

6. Delivery Timeline

The delivery date and estimated delivery timeline depend on the order quantity, customization requirements, production timeline, shipping method, destination, customs clearance, and other factors related to international shipping.

The expected delivery timeline will be communicated to the customer based on the specific order.

7. Order Changes & Customization

Any changes requested after order confirmation may affect the production timeline, delivery date, and additional charges.

Any additional costs resulting from customer-requested changes or customization will be borne by the customer.

8. Shipping Delays

International shipments may experience delays due to shipping partner issues, weather conditions, transportation delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the customer informed regarding significant delays.

9. Incorrect Shipping Details

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

Jamoti's Private Limited will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
