Ordering
What is the minimum order?
12 pieces per design. You can order as many designs as you like, as long as each design reaches 12 pieces.
How are sizes supplied?
Most clothing comes in XS to 2XL (UK 8–18). Every product page has a size chart. Tell us your size split when you order.
Can I order samples first?
Yes. Samples are available at twice the wholesale price per piece, so you can check fabric, fit and finish before placing a full order.
Pricing and payment
What currency are your prices in?
All wholesale prices are in GBP.
What are your payment terms?
Payment is upfront. A 40% advance confirms your order, and the balance is paid before dispatch.
Duty and VAT
Will I pay import duty?
No. Since the India–UK Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement came into force in July 2026, qualifying Indian-made clothing and textiles enter the UK with zero import duty. We supply the origin paperwork needed to claim this.
Who pays VAT?
Import VAT is paid by the buyer at the applicable rate. VAT-registered businesses can usually reclaim it; check with your accountant.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Around 14 days from order confirmation. Orders are air-freighted direct from our factory in Jaipur to your door. For larger or repeat accounts, we can also dispatch from our London (Wood Green) warehouse.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in the UK.
